Study Abroad | US Government Scholarship. The US government runs a number of programs to aid deserving students who want to study abroad. Similar programs are implemented by other state governments.
The Schemes offer financial support to students who are interested in attending accredited institutions or universities abroad to pursue higher education in a variety of subject areas, including engineering and management, pure and applied sciences, agricultural sciences and medicine, business, accounting & finance, humanities, and social sciences.
Under different programs, the number of awards made each year may vary depending on the amount of money available.
Most of the prizes reserve a certain portion for female nominees. If any open berths remain from the previous year, they are often carried over.
Additionally, the Indian government has released a list of new scholarships for students from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
